At Branding Dail Agency, we ensure that the services we provide are satisfactory. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we take all complaints about the services we render very seriously. We offer refunds and compensation for services provided by us. This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about your right to receive a refund for services purchased on our website as well as describes the procedure, rules and guidelines relating to the refunds. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for the refund.
 
1. Refunds

We may offer returns in the following conditions: 

– If the service has not been performed.

– If the service performed was different from the one ordered or requested.

– A full refund will be made if the department is in error.

Customers may request a refund within: 7 days following receipt of the service.

2. Exceptions

Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refunds if:

– You received what you ordered, but simply changed your mind about the service.

– You received the service/product and failed to make a report within 7 days from the date of the receipt.

3. How to make a complaint

At Branding Dail Agency we sell virtual products and render services, We deliver our products to users via Emails, Facebook, WhatsApp etc as it suits your business.

Return Policy

At Branding Dail Agency we sell virtual products and render services, Which means no return can be made but only Refunds if it falls under the refund policy. Our refund policy has been explained above.

Cancellation Policy

The following are to note:

– If the work has not started, A full refund will be made.

– If the authorized work has been started, Branding Dail Agency may retain an appropriate portion of paid amount.
